Return & Refund Policy

At CozyNest, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain pet grooming items cannot be returned once opened.
